- The Anti-Narcotics Force Punjab in Lahore needs a lawyer who is active and works hard to fight ANF cases in the CNS Court in Mianwali as a special prosecutor on a contract basis.
- People who meet the following requirements can apply:
- a. The person applying should be a professional lawyer who has worked as a lawyer in the High Court for at least seven years.
b. The person applying must have fought crime cases in Trial Courts and the High Court, preferably drug cases.
c. The candidate must be a member of the Punjab Bar Council or the Mianwali Bar Association and not be fighting a crime.
d. The candidate must be a genuine Pakistani national living in Mianwali and without political ties. They should not involve in any criminal cases.
e. The individual must have good morals and should not involve in any immoral activities. They also should not be fired from a public job or been declared bankrupt.
f. The candidate will not be able to work as a defense lawyer for any law enforcement agency in a drug-related case while they are under contract with the Anti-Narcotics Force. - A reasonable monthly retainer fee is given, and it could go up by up to 10% every year, based on how well the SPP does.
- The interviews will take place at the ANF Punjab Regional Directorate in Lahore.
- You will not be able to get a TA/DA for the exam.
- Incomplete Applications are not preferred.
