INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROVINCIAL SPATIAL DATA INFRASTRUCTURE (PSDI)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Earned a PhD and worked for at least 10 years in SDI, GIS, Geodesy, and IT/CS platform creation or feasibility studies. Plus, they should know a lot about GIS and have worked with metadata, data standards, and systems before.
- Experience in a related area after getting a PhD (i.e. GIS, CS, Geodesy, Geoinformatics, SDI)
- There should be clear models of how to work with both local and global development groups.
- A past of doing similar work well at other jobs, with proof of success. That’s why you need to know about SDI, GIS, and CS in order to do the job quickly and well.

- The consultant is going to be in charge of setting up the Provincial Spatial Data Infrastructure (PSDI). You need to have the following skills and experiences:
